Special Programs for Becker Students

We want to make your transition to Champlain College as seamless as possible. While everything that Champlain has to offer will be available to you once you are an enrolled student, we are also putting together several dedicated programs specifically for Becker students that will help you navigate some of the unique conditions that have been created by this unusual circumstance.

In-Person Admitted Student Campus Tours

In-Person Campus Tours are now available exclusively for admitted students. If you have not yet been to campus, now is your chance. We can’t wait to show you around our incredibly beautiful campus.

Please click the button below to see all the tour times tour to begin your registration. Due to health and safety restrictions, tour capacity is very limited. Vaccination is not required, however, in order to manage capacity, you will be asked whether your entire party is vaccinated.

Please click on the link so see the full schedule—now extended until July. You must register in advance for the In-Person Admitted Student Campus Tour. If you are interested in a specific date/time, but the system tells you the event is full, please call or text our Admissions Office at (802) 625-0201, and we will do our best to schedule you into that session.

The Becker College Summer Program at Champlain College

We will be offering Becker students a fully virtual summer academic program. It has been designed to help you get on-track to graduate within your anticipated timeline. This is a completely optional program and admittance to Champlain is not contingent on participation. This program will act as a bridge from Becker to Champlain allowing you to fulfill specific courses required for graduation that would not have had an equivalent course at Becker College.

In order to graduate from Champlain College, students must meet all graduation requirements, as described in Champlain College’s Catalog. Please note that the College Catalog for the 2021-2022 academic year will be published in August and available at the same address. Becker students who do not choose to participate in the Becker College Summer Program at Champlain may need to take on additional courses during Fall 2021 and/or may not have sufficient credits to graduate on their desired schedule.

Special Course Registration Process for Becker Students

Due to the special circumstances, we will be providing a special registration process for all students who transfer to Champlain college. The process will include advising specifically tailored to the needs of the incoming Becker College students.

Dedicated Orientation Events for Becker Students

We will be conducting special orientation events for students who transfer from Becker College including Fall 2021 and January 2022. It is our hope that these dedicated Becker new student orientation events will allow you to connect with each other, allow you to ask questions that are unique to your situation, and provide you with information and resources on how to make the most of your time at Champlain.
